Keeping Ourselves Safe.

Jack and The Beanstalk Summary
Play Summary - Term 3 Weeks 1-2

Jack and the Beanstalk.
In this story Jack and his mother were poor, and Jack's mother
asked him if he could sell their cow. So Jack went to sell the cow.
He saw an old man with magic beans. So he asked him if he could
trade the cow for the magic beans.

he told his mother that he got magic beans and

night the magic beans grew into a beanstalk. Jack’s
mother was shocked and shouted to Jack, “LOOK OUT THE WINDOW!”

When he was up at the top he saw a Castle made out of clouds.
When he walked in there was a giant walking around that said, “
FEE, FI, FO, FUM I SMELL THE BLOOD OF AN ENGlISHMAN!”
After that giant layed down on the a couch and said, “Sing” to the
golden harp and said, “Lay” to the chicken that laid golden eggs.
Then the giant fell asleep. Jack took the harp and the chicken that laid golden
eggs. Then the giant wakes up and chases Jack down the beanstalk.
Once Jack got down he shouted for, “HELP!” His mother came out with her
axe and started cutting it down, each hit she counted
, “1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10” and the beanstalk fell down.
Jack and his mother were safe and rich.

were playing around. After they stopped playing around we got to
practice the actions and read the play. As a team we made our props
together like we made the axe for Jack's mother to cut down the beanstalk.
Me and Rhys got to paint the axe (teamwork).
One thing I would like to improve is to read the play in a cow
voice instead of using my normal voice saying, “Moo”.

Friday Own Choice Cooking
On Friday the 22 of June, 2018, We did a tech challenge. But it wasn't any challenge it was our own choice. My group made Cheese burgers, in my group there was Nathan.k, Tyler and Cailan. In my burger I had, lettuce, home made patty, cheese and garlic mayo. The most challenging part was to work as a team and help each other. The best part I liked was making the patty and eating the burger.
